How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All our items ship from fulfillment centers located in different parts of the world, including Europe, Asia, and America. Due to high demand for our products, please expect your order to be delivered within 2 to 5 weeks.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. To avoid any issues, please make sure that the email address is correct.

Once you confirm your order, please expect to receive the tracking information within 2-5 business days. This will include the tracking number as well as a link to the latest shipping updates for your order.

If you encounter any issues when tracking your order, please don’t worry. It may take a few days for our shipping partners to update the tracking information. You may also contact us directly at shopnonous@gmail.com for any concerns about your order.

What do I get with "Priority Insured Shipping"?

If you order with our upper-tier shipping option, we'll process your order before other people. In addition, you'll get a tracking number to view your order's progress as it reaches you. We do not guarantee any faster shipping times for any shipping option.

Which countries do you ship to?

Accessibility is at the core of Nonous, and we want as many people to be able to get our products as possible. Because of this, we ship our products for FREE to almost anywhere in the world. 

Where is Nonous located?

Our headquarters are located in California but does not accommodate in-person visits. We also have facilities set up in several other locations to distribute our products worldwide.

What if I find the same product listed at a lower price somewhere else?

If you find our products being sold at a lower price than what is listed in our store, we will match that price. We want our customers to get the most value from our products. However, we will not match prices taken from discount retailers such as, but not limited to, eBay, Amazon, and Walmart.

I see the exact same product elsewhere, is it yours?

Because of the high quality of our products, there are currently several other websites impersonating our products, using our images, our descriptions, and even marking down prices. These are likely scams, and we encourage you to contact us with these details for us to confirm the authenticity of these products. We recommend purchasing products directly from us to ensure that you get our original products.

Can I return my order?

We make our product images and descriptions as clear as possible to make sure you like our products before you buy them. If, for some reason, you find any defects in our products, please contact us at shopnonous@gmail.com.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at shopnonous@gmail.com However, if it has already been processed, we cannot cancel your order.

What if I used a coupon but it wasn’t applied during checkout?

If you used a valid coupon but the discount was not applied to your order, please get in touch with us immediately at shopnonous@gmail.com. We will refund the discounted amount to your payment method as soon as possible.
