Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nonous. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, and these orders may be processed later without prior notice.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We may not contact you via email to inform you of these delays, so please get in touch with us for any concerns.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

As a courtesy to our customers, we offer free delivery worldwide, no matter the cost of the product you’re buying. Please allow for 2-5 week shipping times due to a high volume of orders at this time. We are working on adding staff to fulfill and ship these orders as soon as possible.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but please remain patient as we provide order tracking for all products as well. We want our customers to be at ease while waiting for their products to arrive.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, and can also be tracked using the “Track Order” page on our website.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Nonous is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

DAMAGES

Nonous is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
